In the dim, distant long ago (the 1970s) I developed a program of chiropractic patient communication that helped patients elect to be lifetime patients. We added benefits addressing client needs (Referral Stimulation, Collections, Staffing, Goal Attaining, etc.) which grew to doing everything for clients except “how to diagonose & correct health problems.”

This 1,700 page Standard Operating Procedures Manual was presented to clients and staff via Seminars to clients throughout the U.S. for 20+ years.

The traveling wore on me and I discontinued Seminars. I told the continuing clients I was not going to do anything except respond to their requests. BUT, I was lowering their fee from $4,000/yr. to $400/yr. Many clients stayed and hence, PDC continued, just different, because we are not presenting the seminars.

In May, 2009 a long time friend D. Henry Leavitt of ChiroCode invited me to present at one of his Webinars and it was a big hit. D. Henry encouraged me to start my own Webinar program and voila here we are.

A NEW DAY HAS DAWNED — ELECTRONICS — WEBINARS

Live Webinars are broadcast each week.  They  are available to the entire profession.   Everyone is invited to limitless viewing (any or all) as they are presented.   Check them out on the WEBINARS button.  In addition there are three Archived Webinars available to everyone that can be viewed at any time.  All Webinars have been archived for clients and their staff to view at their convenience.
